Prepare a level 35' x 35' crane pad area with a solid base, free of overhead obstructions |

Crane pad area must be positioned so that it allows it to reach as much of the foundation area as possible or a second crane pad will be needed |

9' & 10' walls are delivered on lowboy trailers & have limited ground clearance |

Check for local restrictions to ensure crane will be far enough away from overhead wires |

Verify that trees, wires and other overhead obstructions do not interfere with site access |

Provide a level area for the trailer to be parked near the crane |

Some type of heavy equipment must be available to ensure truck & crane access to site |
