Trailer Accessibility

Crane Accessibility

Driveway must be as level as possible & wide enough to allow for trailer & crane access Prepare a level 35' x 35' crane pad area with a solid base, free of overhead obstructions
Driveway surface & any culverts or bridges must be able to accommodate the weight of the trailers Crane pad area must be positioned so that it allows it to reach as much of the foundation area as possible or a second crane pad will be needed
9' & 10' walls are delivered on lowboy trailers & have limited ground clearance Check for local restrictions to ensure crane will be far enough away from overhead wires
Verify that trees, wires and other overhead obstructions do not interfere with site access Provide a level area for the trailer to be parked near the crane
Some type of heavy equipment must be available to ensure truck & crane access to site All additional equipment or costs necessary to provide access to work area are the responsibility of the owner / builder

Please consult with your Superior Walls sales representative for specific details concerning accessibility to your building site
